To get remote assistance all you have to call is +39 0782 076010, purchase a prepaid assistance plan and download the necessary Pintas Assistance software. The software does not need to be installed. Once the software is open, the technician will ask again if you authorize the use of the tool and you can begin your remote assistance session.
