Cortis Antigas

The Cortis Antigas is a Boutique Hotel located in central-southern Sardinia, in Gesturi, at the foot of the homonymous Giara, home of the last wild ponies in Europe. The structure was built in a nineteenth-century manor house, finely restored, where it is possible to admire the ingenious and refined construction techniques of the ancient local tradition: stone walls, mud and straw bricks (ladiri), roofs made of wood and reeds from the river, original period floors. The furnishings harmonize with the ancient structure: original furniture and tools transport guests to ancient times, the external courtyards (cortis) represent corners of pure tranquility.
